The Tourist Office is awarded

the Accueil Vélo label

Committed for many years to a process of promoting its pedestrian and mountain bike routes, the Tourist Office is taking another step forward with the award of the Accueil Vélo label in 2020.

This nationwide mark guarantees a welcome, services and specific facilities adapted to the needs of tourists on bicycles along the cycling routes in France.

Accueil helps to reassure cycling customers, particularly foreign ones, about the quality of services available to them, with the aim of facilitating their cycling journey.
The small green logo in the shape of a cyclist quickly identifies the labeled structures, and invites cycling customers to turn to these establishments, located within 5 km of cycling routes (registered in a departmental, regional or national scheme), including for mountain bike routes and marked local loops.

By becoming a BICYCLE HOME, we mark our intention to meet the expectations of an increasingly large public, adept at soft and active mobility vacations.

By this strong choice, we commit ourselves in our tourist information offices in Montluçon, Cérilly and Hérisson to:
– provide you with repair kits in case of breakdown.
– provide you with communication materials to encourage your travel on the network.
– provide you with a list of bike rental and repair shops located within a perimeter close to our area of activity.
– allow you to benefit from dedicated bike parking in the direct vicinity of our Tourist Offices.
